Update 1/6/23 - Access to Ferguson's Career Guidance Center has been restored.

Some NC LIVE libraries are unable to access Ferguson's Career Guidance Center. They are redirected to a page titled "Available Products" with three links to Films on Demand collections.

We are in contact with Infobase about this issue and will update you when it is resolved.

1.3.2022- This issue has been resolved. 

Users accessing Morningstar may get an "Access Denied" error message. We are in contact with Morningstar and will let you know when we have any updates. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes. 

The NC LIVE Help Desk will be closed Friday, December 23rd through Monday, January 2nd for Winter Break. We will reopen on Tuesday, January 3rd. 

We made a few updates this month to our usage statistics process to provide more accurate usage.
