I apologize again for any inconvenience this may cause! We will send a follow-up email as soon as it is fully resolved.
Update 3/23/22, 10:00am: This issue has been resolved.
Credo Reference is giving users an error message when accessed on-site or remotely through a proxy. Users may see a "502 Bad Gateway" error message, or a "500 Internal Server Error" message.
We are in contact with Credo Support and will update you when we have more information.
