The 500 Internal Server Error affecting Credo Reference has been resolved. The other issues with deep linking and citations are still active.

Update: Credo Reference appears to be functioning normally, but there are still a few lingering issues as reported by Credo Support:
We're still having a few reports of deep links redirecting to the home page so we haven't given the all clear, but for the most part it is back up. We are also experiencing an unrelated outage with our citations that the third party vendor, EasyBib, says they are addressing. Thank you for your patience during this process!
1/2/2024:
Users accessing Credo Reference may get a "500 | Internal Server Error" message. We have contacted Credo about this issue, and are waiting to hear back.
