Libraries with local proxies may need to update their LearningExpress Library stanza. No action is required for libraries that use NC LIVE Hosted Proxy, barcode pattern matching or the NC LIVE password.
Users trying to access LearningExpress Library and PrepSTEP Academic may see a "404 File Not Found" error.
We are in touch with the vendor about this issue and will let you know when we have any updates.
