Monday, August 21st, Credo Reference rolled out a new platform!
Key Highlights:
The platform URL will NOT change. The URL will continue to be https://resources.nclive.org/credo , and existing paths will redirect to the new format where applicable. If all goes as planned, no updates on the user side will be necessary - no catalog updates, no proxy updates, no LibGuides updates. Phew!
This issue has now been resolved. All ProQuest resources should be working normally now.
Users may get an error message when trying to access ProQuest resources through their library's proxy. We are in contact with ProQuest support, and will let you know when we have updates. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes.
All NC LIVE member libraries now have access to JSTOR Ebooks. This is a permanent ebook collection that was purchased by NC LIVE using LSTA grant funds.
Library staff are encouraged to become familiar with the resource interface, promote the resource to faculty and patrons, and integrate the resource within your library's website.

All NC LIVE member libraries now have access to a new free resource from EBSCO: Exploring Race in Society. This resource has been added to the Browse A to Z list on NC LIVE's website, and is available to integrate within your library's website.
The 2023-2024 NC LIVE password is now available. The current NC LIVE password (2022-2023) will expire on October 1, 2023. Both passwords will work until October 1, at which point the 2022-2023 passwords will expire.
