729 New Permanent Ebooks are coming to NC LIVE!

NC LIVE has purchased 729 permanent ebooks with LSTA grant funds*! Access to these ebook collections is still in progress, but we want to share the good news and provide everyone with the title lists in the meantime. A special thank you to the Resource Advisory Committee for their help in selecting these titles. 

JSTOR Ebooks - Custom Collection

  • 595 Permanent Ebooks with Simultaneous User Access
  • Ebooks will be accessed on the JSTOR platform 
  • Title List available here

Credo Contemporary Issues & Controversies Ebooks

  • 47 Permanent Ebooks with Simultaneous User Access
  • Ebooks can be accessed on the Credo platform and are searchable within NC LIVE's subscription Credo collection 
  • Title List available here
  • 42 of these ebooks are currently available in member libraries' Credo Platform, and through the Summon search on the NC LIVE website
  • The remaining 5 ebooks will be available in August 2023 
  • Summon Discovery: Credo Ebook titles can be selected in Summon under DBID:4-- "Credo All Titles"
  • MARC Records: MARC records are available for download from your Credo administration module.

Omnigraphics Health Reference Series Ebooks

  • 72 Permanent Ebooks with Simultaneous User Access
  • Ebooks will be accessed on the BiblioBoard platform. They will be in a separate module from the HomeGrown collection

Gale Mental Health and DEI Ebooks

  • 15 Permanent Ebooks with Simultaneous User Access
  • Ebooks can be accessed on the Gale Ebooks platform. 
  • Title List is available here
  • These titles are currently available in member libraries' Gale Ebooks platform and through the Summon search on the NC LIVE website.
  • Summon Discovery: Gale ebooks can be selected in Summon under DBID:EFU "Gale Ebooks"
  • MARC Records: MARC records are available to download from your Gale admin module or the NC LIVE Website
