SERVICE ALERT: LearningExpress Library tests never load

4/29/22 update- This issue has been resolved. 

There is currently a service issue loading tests in LearningExpress Library and PrepSTEP. When users click on a test, they will get a spinning "loading" wheel that never loads. EBSCO is aware of this issue and is working on it. We will update you when we have more information.

SERVICE ALERT: Research Companion login screen

4/7/2022: This issue has been resolved.

We are receiving reports that users attempting to access ProQuest's Research Companion are getting a login screen. This is happening for both onsite and remote access.

SERVICE ALERT: Credo Reference Offline

Update 3/25/22: The issue has been resolved. 

Update 3/23/22 11:30am: From Credo Tech Support: After a brief period of stability this morning, we are again experiencing degraded service on the Credo Reference and Source platforms. I apologize again for any inconvenience this may cause! We will send a follow-up email as soon as it is fully resolved.
