Films on Demand videos are currently inaccessible through NC LIVE's Summon search bar.
We are working with Ex Libris and Infobase support to resolve this issue. In the meantime, please search for titles directly on the Films on Demand interface (https://www.nclive.org/cgi-bin/nclsm?rsrc=379).
Films on Demand titles are displayed in the results from NC LIVE's search bar, but when the links are clicked they redirect to a Films on Demand login page that displays the following error message: "You attempted to access Films On Demand from an authenticated URL, however the IP address did not match what we have on file for your account. Please login wih your username and password or contact your library administrator for further assistance."
