EBSCO In-Person Training Sessions
EBSCO Implementation Specialist Pamela Erickson will be visiting North Carolina for two weeks this winter to offer in-person trainging sessions at several NC LIVE libraries. The host libraries have agreed to make seats available for other member library staff to attend the sessions.

In these sessions, Pamela will review the databases and interfaces in the new subscription for NC Live. Highlights of specific interfaces will be discussed with an opportunity for participants to ask questions throughout the session. A brief overview of enhancements to the EBSCOhost interface will be discussed and resources from the EBSCO Support site will be presented. These resources include materials to promote the databases/interfaces, tutorials, help sheets, FAQS and much more!
